The hand sprayer does come with a holder for the wall. Works great.

We bought the 320 and the hand sprayer. You can feel the quality difference between the OEM Thetford and the Dometic immediately. The sprayer does have a wall mount.

I will not buy from a brand that has a junk version of their product. Fool me once as they say. So Thetford can go eat cake.

Glad that worked out for you mlj. Will be nice to have a proper sized (height and depth) head.

On the 381 the shower head is just out of reach for a good application.

My 3000RK is a 2010 model and I still have the original toilet in it. My only complaint is that it won't hold water in the bowl. I guess I'm just lucky and the Dometic 320 high version is in my future.

Big red,
if you have a dometic and a black flush gasket in the bottom where the flapper is, either get new gasket or try plumbers grease. shut water off, open flapper and use gloves......lightly spread geese around gasket surface.

Will be installing a 320 in our new rig when we get back from Tucson in a month. Since the Tetfords haven't been exploding and flooding rigs lately I've done other more expensive mods first.

Dick,
The 320 fit exactly in mine but very close to the wall. The valve feels much better built and while the sprayer isn't required it is inexpensive and easy install.

Let me know if ya need any help with it.
