Wine grad Sk-3005 Problem

At the beach in Oregon, clear view of sky. Been in same spot 7 days, all three satellites acquired and everything working fine. Lost power at the pedestal. When power restored, I turned on satellite antenna, but now it just stays in search mode. Turned off, then turned back on......same thing, continuous search mode. Called Winegard tech support, waiting for call back. Any ideas?

Totally unplug it for about 15 minutes and then plug it in and try it again.
