Weird power issue, 2013 Montana 3750FL
Problem: No power in bedroom, living room and microwave. But there is power to the refrigerator, the outlets in the kitchen slide out and over the sink. The GFI outlet has power and so does the outside TV. The bathroom outlet does have power. Checked the breakers and fuses. Everything seems fine. Any ideas?

There is more then one GFI, make sure you reset them all. one is usually in the bathroom, the other in the kitchen or outside outlet

Yup, don't forget the outside GFI. Our outside GFI controls some inside circuits.

If it's not a GIF and the problem is confined to a slide, many slides have a juction box under them with wire nuts holding the wires. Frequently the problem is there.

I had a problem that is similar to yours and found out the power plug at the back of the unit worked its way out a little and only giving me half power on one leg and when i pushed it back in everything started to work again. IMHO the plugs are in a bad position and with the cord weighing a lot and i think the plug and socket should hang at more of a better angle as to not put strain on the power port itself.

What you need is a Camco 55582 PowerGrip 18" 90-Degree Locking Electrical Adapter. Available at Amazon (Link) and other possibly cheaper places.

X2 what Carl said. In fact, it was Carl that provided me the information to get my own.

I had the same problem with my 3750,, only it was the Camco 90 degree adapter.

That would require you to use a 50A extension cord instead of the provided power cord? Right?

The Camco 55583 is a 30 ampere standard male/50 ampere female locking end. The Camco 55562 connects a 50 AMP RV power inlet to 50 AMP standard power source. The photos on Amazon all show a 30 amp connector.

Yup, the 55572 is for those using a twist lock connector and the 55562 is for those using the standard 50 amp 4 prong type plug.

The microwave runs off its own 20 amp yellow colored Rome cable and should be on its own 120 vac breaker. The power cables run behind the fridge, alongside the inside wall under a 45 degree molding at the bottom of the wall, and exit through the floor in the rear corner of the slide, where it transitions to flexible cables into the wire carrier that allows the cables to fold flat when the slide is retracted. Older units tend to have a square junction box near this area. Newer units? Since you have one 20 amp circuit not working and a 15 amp circuit not working, it really sounds like power is lost in this transition area.
