Erratic Apollo

We had to replace our microwave/convection oven while our 2007 was still in factory warranty. The Apollo has worked well with our infrequent use. We are on our first "long" trip (for us) of about 3-4 weeks. The oven has started acting weird. When we set up a CG it comes right on, but each time we use it for anything (even short term heating) it functions, then goes completely off for many minutes, then comes back on on its own. When trying to, say, microwave some frozen veggies if it does not cook adequately the first time we are stuck until it decides to come alive again. It is 10 years old so I am guessing it is trying to die. Any recommendations on makes/models to consider would be appreciated. TIA.

Johnny, I am always surprised when our 10 year old Apollo works! It just keeps heating and doing the things we use it for! Let me know what you decide to do.
