Does anyone have problems with decals falling off and trim mold turning dark brown? We have a 2002 RL2955.

Is the moulding actually turning brown? or is it possable that its mildew or mold. I had that as an issue with the last rv (it say outside uncovered exposed to the elements), many hours of scrubbing with a bristle brush and cleaner.
