2 years today

Well today is 2 years that we closed on the sale of our home and pulled out of the driveway to start this chapter in our lives.....and we do not regret one moment that we did!

We have been blessed to share each others dream and enjoy each others company.

Our continued thanks for all the support from our fellow MOCers here.

Les and Sue

Great to here this adventure is working out well for both of you. All though full timing is not our dream, we hope to do long timing stints in the USA starting next year when we fulfill some pressing family commitments.

Hope to see you down the road some day. Congrats and Enjoy!

We are coming up on two years, and also are having a great time. People ask how long we will be doing this, (actually I think they really want to know when we are going to come to our senses and settle down), but we just tell them we plan on doing this until we pull up in front of the rest home and hand our keys over.

Glad to hear it's working for you. Our two year was this spring and we couldn't have made a better decision.

We love the full time lifestyle and plan on doing it until age considerations stops us. For us it is the only way to really travel and see this great nation of ours.

Love the way you think but I am going to go one step further, they are going to have to chase me down to get me in a home instead of fulltiming and being free!!! LOL

We are in our 5th year and the upcoming National Fall Rally will be our 6th.

Our trip to the rally convinced us that this was/is the life for us!

Being able to go where we wish and for how long is a big advantage. We see the kids a minimum of 2 times a year and get to attend grandkids ball games, dance recitals and get our hugs!!! After the doctors get to see our smiling faces and we have our prescriptions approved by dr, we are on the move.

Of course, if we are needed back we turn around and go! You never know when "life-stuff" happens....and it will, you have your home to go with you and your things in there!

Been there for all 12 grandkids birth!!!

15 plus years for us and looking forward to more- We are doing some on-site searching for our final spot- Somewhere where snow is a rarity but not too hot either- Any thoughts for our perusal?- Don

We full timed for almost six years and loved it. Came off the road when grand kids started coming but still spend eight months on the road to include six months in Florida each winter.

Don, searching for "the final spot" is a problem. Even though we want to continue traveling full time for several more years, we have already talked about where to put down roots again.

Congratulations!! We just celebrated our first full year and are having a blast. Still working, but always a different look out the window. Two weeks coming up in the Dells, then a month in Grand Marais, MN. What a great life.

Full timed for six years and often rethink our decision to get back into the housing market. We loved full timing!
