I have not stayed at the Fairchild Famcamp, but I have driven by it several times. It is about a half mile from Base Ops. It is an open area and not many trees. Here's a web page I found for Fairchild Famcamp:

The same web page has Clear Lake Rec Area Famcamp just off I-90 west of Spokane at Salnave Rd.(Exit 264) Reservations (509) 247-2511.(Same phone number for both Fairchild and Clear Lake)
As for other CGs, you don't want to stay at the KOA on Barker Rd.(I-90 Exit 293) "Searchers" stayed there a couple weeks ago and they were not very happy with KOA(I don't have the particulars) There is Riverside State Park on the westside of Spokane. I haven't stayed there, but I know of people who have. If you need more, PM me and we'll find something.
We are not going to LOW - maybe someday.
