I-81 VA & TN Friday July 2

Multiple sightings while headed south on I-81:

1- SB rest area Pulaski VA 11:00 AM +/- then again (we think) in Chilhowie VA at 1:40

2- NB at mm 54 at 12 noon.

3- NB at the VA/TN state line at ~ 2 PM. We were in the TN welcome center at the time.
