why can't I get "MONTANA" letters??

so, I backed into a tree. Now I have a body shop fixing the damage. I called Keystone, and they won't send the Montana letters to my body shop, only to a dealer. Unfortunately, I am a long way from the closest dealer, and I don't want to have dealings with that party, based on past bad experience.

Why can't I buy at retail price the Montana letters to replace on the repaired back end.

Any ideas?

Jack Hadley, embarrassed about the tree, but getting cranky!

I don't know why they won't send them to you, but maybe they would send them to any Keystone dealer. I know that is how they work for warranty parts, does not necessarily have to be a Montana dealer. I'm guessing that there is someone closer to you who sells some kind of Keystone products. Give it try anyway.

Check with your dealer to see if you can purchase thru them and have them shipped to your address. Last November I was involved in an accident and the king pin broke. My dealer had the pin box dropped shipped to my house. I paid the dealer on the pohone with credit card. Might be worth a try. As far as my accident, not enough time this morning to talk about it. I am still mad at myself 7 months later.

I think Jack has had his problems solved. He emailed me and said he has them ordered from a dealer near us.

Bill and Ann referred me to Kingston Outdoors and they referred me to Cornwall Camping. However, Keystone seems unable to identify the part number for a 2000 3255 RL letters for the stern. I'm astonished; working on it though. I think I just need to find a person who cares to look it up.

Keep trying, sooner or later you will find a person at Keystone who will know what your looking for. This goes on all over with trying to get parts ,you just have to find the right person. When you get the package, keep your fingers crossed that they are the right ones.

It could be that a 2000 3255 is no longer listed. There should not be a lot of difference, if any, between the 2000 and my 2004 2955RL.

Try getting the graphics for a 2004.
