Order of Slides
On my 3075RL, when opening the slides, the bedroom goes first, then the living room, then the kitchen. Is there any way to change the order? It would be nice if I could just bump the living room slide enough to get to the kitchen without having to extend the bedroom all the way out first. I just need maybe 6" to be able to get by the table.

On our 3400 there are valves in the battery box to control the slide hydraulics, we can shut any three slides in order to open only the fourth, don't know about your model but I would assume the controls are present also, we have four slides therefore have four knobs on the hydraulic controls.

Our 3400 is like bncinwv's, you can control which come out, but not the order.

We have a 3075 and the valves are in thr front compartment on the drivers side. You can close any of all of them. What I did was to close them all then open one of them and see which slide came out them put letter by the valve that identified which slide it was and then sid the rest the same way. Now we can open just the kitchen or the living room or bedroom with out opening the others. A little bit of a pain but oh well.

Bill,
We turn the table in our 3075RL 90 degrees before we close the slides. That leaves plenty of room to get by. It also means we can access pretty much everything in the trailer at a rest stop and if we had to overnight where we can't open the slides we would be fine. A little crowed but fine.

Don't have to worry about it with our 3670RL, we have access to everything with the slides closed.

Our 2955RL has a clear path to everything when all slides are retracted. This was one of the many reasons we bought this model.

We also turn the table 90 degrees when traveling and have plenty of room to get by. Moving the chairs and the table is a lot easier than moving the recliners.

I just close the valves that I dont want to open and hit the button.
Oh and I did turn the dinett 90 deg's and now I dont have to open them at laa to get a soda, or food.

For those of you who turn your table. I am not close enough to go look at mine right now. But I was thinking the table was attached to the floor. Correct? Did you remove some screws or bolts? Do you have any problem with it moving around while traveling?

On our 2980RL there was just 2 long square drive wood screws through the base of the table. I removed them turned the table 90 deg. and never put them back in. We pulled the RV a lot of miles and never had a problem with the table being loose. It was nice as we could turn the table if we had company.

Bob, the valves to shut off the slides are an option. Yours may or may not have them. They'll be right by the fluid reservoir if you have them.
The slide mechanism uses the "least resistance." The slide with the least resistance will open first. How level you are has an effect on resistance, also. This is why sometimes one slide will go all the way out before the next one moves and other times that first one stops part way and another slides moves awhile, then the first one moves again, etc. Lighter weight slides usually offer the least resistance, which is why the bedroom slide always seems to be the first to move.

BB_TX was looking for a way to change the order they open or close.. If you change the order the lines are connected to the valve will that change the order? or is it the length of the lines and the pressure?

With the "least resistance" mechanism I guess I will just go with turning the table. Unless I could talk my wife into lying on the bed while I hit the extend switch. No better not. That might get me in hot water for implying she was heavy enough to change the slide sequence. 
When you turn your table, do you still put the chairs under each side of the table?

Yes just un screw it turn it and screw it back in.

We unscrewed the 4 screws and have not put them back. We turn the table back to the usual position when we open the slides.We haven't had any problems with this method. One thing of note is they are not conventional screws I had to buy a "Torx" screw driver at Sears.

Changing the order of the lines will have no effect. The hydraulic pressure is the same in all the lines. The slide with least resistence will always slide first, the heavest last. If your not level, then more force will be required to push the slide uphill causing it to go out after the lighters ones hit their stop.

I think I remember during our PDI that the rep told us that someone could stand on the outside and push against the slide to keep it from coming out. I haven't tried this but they did tell us it was a way to avoid using the cut offs in the garage.

I am no physics major, but hydrolics are mechanical, shouldn't they be stronger than a man pushing on the outside, or even 2, 3 or 4 men?? Sorry guys, this is NO reflection on your superior strength.
Shoot, what do I know?? I am not even sure I spelled that word right!
