A real beauty! Enjoy that new truck smell
We love ours, on this long trip we just made, we commented constantly what a nice truck Ford makes.

Late last summer, Gail and I test drove one identical to yours. Now, we have been GM people for 30+ years but, we were extremely impressed! Heated and cooled leather seating and all kinds of gadgets that I would probably have never used. We didn't do the deal because, the dealer didn't want to sell it bad enough to make a decent deal. Someday, when we get serious again, we will take a hard look at Ford again.

LOL - I thought the same thing, but the wife LOVES the heated seats, and I gotta say I like the cooled seats and the dual climate control! Have had climate control before, but not DUAL and it makes it really nice.

Same here, our last truck was pretty standard. This one is as gadget laden a vehicle as we've ever had so I had some initial fears about just more to go wrong. Then I sat in it and our cooled and heated cushioned rears made the decision for us LOL.

Congrats and good luck with the new truck. I'm sure you will also get better mileage than the '08, '09 and 10's.

RJI47, I had 2010 and kept it for about 7 months and the fuel mileage was killing me. Traded it for the 2011 and have not regretted it one bit.

Mark, what kind of mileage are you seeing out of your new Ford? My 2010 F350 turned out to be a lemon, but fuel mileage at best was 14/15 mpg highway. This new Ram 3500 is hitting 16/17 highway. Every now and then it will dabble into the 18's, but not as often as I'd like...

I have a 2012 F350 diesel. I am getting 17-18 on the highway, and it's not even broken in yet - only about a thousand miles.

Seahunter...I am envious. I've had my Ram for 13 months and will roll 50,000 miles this coming weekend. I wish I was seeing that kind of mileage out of my Ram, especially with only having a thousand miles on it.

Montana Sky, I usually get around 18 to 18.5 highway. I have seen as good as 19.2. Pulling the 5er 9.5 to 10.5 at 70 mph. If I could slow down it would probably do better. My 2010 would get about 13 driving back and forth to work. This one will get 15+. I've got about 53,000 on mine.

Yeah Montana Sky, I sure can't complain - and this thing weighs in at about 9,000 pounds too... I sure have been enjoying it, and can't wait to tow with it. We towed our travel trailer with our Expedition and it was maxed out for weight so this is going to be so nice. My other truck is a 1972 F100, so this thing is a Lincoln compared to it Amazing what 40 years of technology can accomplish!

We got ours this last week. I have a whole 350 miles on it now. It is all Platinum metalic. The best part is that it gets about 11.5 mpg pulling the condo (2980). We will see what the milage does as it gets a few miles on it. Very happy with it.
