Cold to warm in 48 hours

I enjoy the beauty of the fresh snow covering the trees and lakes during the first couple of snow storms each year.I also understand why people enjoy Quartside and the warm weather.I was at my lake cabin on sunday and woke up to - 26 degrees BRRR. and just arrived in Phoenix after a few days on the road and the temp is 72 degrees I guess it is a lot easier to decide where I would rather be. I can keep those snow covered trees in my memories. Ozz I was surprised at the amount of snow in K.C. but I guess New York isnt supposed to have all the snow they have either.Camping in the Monty isnt going to come soon enough this year.

Steve,

It's really warmed up here the last couple of days. It hit 27 degrees yesterday and the low last night was only -9. I don't even need my winter coat. I hope you enjoy the nice weather there. We leave for Florida on March 5th for six weeks and are lookig forward to a break from winter also.

I am glad to hear you parted with your jacket. Just think a couple of weeks and maybe a swimsuit? Have fun in Florida.
