Tip Outs leaking and mold!

We have a 3295 2002 with 3 slide outs. The one around the living room was leaking but we didn't know it. Apparently the gasket at the top was 2 inches too short in the corner. Our dealer said it shrunk. We now have a black carpet instead of lime green about the size of a dinner plate. They will not cover this. Also the bedroom was leaking and no one can find the leak, the dealer has been looking and seems to think it came from a heavy storm with the wind blowing. We have mushrooms growing inside. Again, not covered. Our unit has been in the shop one month and no answer. I emailed pictures to Jerry Cannon at Keystone, talked to Ean and he said it was up to the customer service dept. and the dealer on what shoudl be covered, but the dealer is saying it is up to the dealership to make that decision. I intend to call one last time to Keystone tomorrow and if no answer, I will contact the State Attorney General. Has anyone else had similar problems? Does anyone want to buy this unit. I have had enough!
