Recommendations on a nice RV park in Los Cruces
Booked 2 nights at Hacienda RV resort.. Whew! $44.82 a night
Open to other parks, I can research it, but would like your input.
Thanks!

Can't remember the name, but we usually stay at a park just off I-10 in La Mesilla. If you do stay there be sure and use a pressure regulator. That park has dangerous water pressure.

We've stayed at Sunny Acres quite a few times. It is less than what you paid, and they are very friendly. It is at 595 N Valley Dr in Las Cruces.

We have stayed at Hacienda RV resort, Sunny Acres, and the KOA up on the west side with a beautiful view. For some reason they are all way pricey in Los Cruces and we plan to reroute so we can stop else where on our next trip.

A couple years ago when we towed out there we were not impressed with low CG fees anywhere in New Mexico. Even up through the Ruidoso area and down toward Alamogordo we never really found the $20 to $30 a night spots.

There a motel/rv park that is fine for overnight. It has pull thru and I think the last time we stayed there it was $20 per night. It's on the south side of I 10 and a big billboard advertising it. It's on the west end of Las Cruces. If you miss it there are numerous parks in Deming. We always stay at Dreamcathcers for $20 a night. Pancho Villa State Park is $14 a night for water and electric which is south of Deming.

Ozz,
If you go to Deming, a must stop is the Adobe Deli. Go hungry or share a meal.

I just remembered the name of the RV/Motel park. Coachlight RV/Motel in Las Cruces. Check it out on Goggle Earth.

Just checked in at the Hacienda RV resort , must have relaxed their rule on 'No white trash allowed' the check-in girl will probably get fired...
Very nice place here.
Thanks fit the tip on Demming, I was wondering about that town.
If I run out of money, we will check out Coachlight

While in Deming, you need to see the City of Rocks state park. Faywood hot springs has an RV park you can stay at and get all the soaks you want for less than you paid there.

Escapee's have a nice park in Deming and we always stay there and cross into Mexico and shop at the store called the Pink. Can't beat a store where they give you a free margarita when you walk in the door.

Yes, on the Pink Store. Make sure to shop slowly...and you'll get more than one. Dick and Joyce didn't mention it but I'm sure they do the same thing. Park in the US and walk across the border to the Pink Store. Straight down the street and on a corner on the left. Pancho Villa State Park is about a mile away and New Mexico parks are $14 per night for water and electric.

Pancho Villa is a nice park and the museum is worth doing. About the time we decided to try the park the Mayor and most or all of the City Council in Columbus (the town the park is in) were arrested for drug and gun running so we decided to skip it. Not sure the situation there now.

Yep, I read about that, they.. or a family had a gun shop there and a LOT of guns were sold to the Cartel, I also read where the Police made a bad collar on a guy, did a body cavity search, the Hospital sent him the bill, he sued and got over 1 Mil. They said he had 'Clinched Buttox' I guess now they have a pucker factor in the town council. Sounds a little like Goodyear Arizona..
I am still looking forward to visiting there.
