I agree Glenn. I posted my thoughts and now I'm gone too.

Just getting here all I can say is who cares? When I bought the Dodge diesel was cheaper than gas and when we bought the Monty it was still cheaper. A couple months later, guess what gas was cheaper than diesel. Did we decide not to travel this great country of ours? No way! As long as the money holds out and the health remains the same we will drive this great country of ours and not get too exited about wheher gas or diesel is cheaper or the better deal. But I was just a little jealous when the guy with the F350 at the pump next to me today says he gets 13.1 per gal when I get about 11.5 per gal. But then again who cares? I still love the Ol' Dodge and traveling this great country of ours.

Jim, in my opinion there is no reason a gasser can't do a very good job. I think the diesels do better but, having towed our 2003 3295RK over I-70, west to east, up over Vail Pass and through the Eisenhower tunnel at over 13k feet with a 1999 Ford V10, I know for fact they can do the job. They suck fuel something fierce but you have to add up all the marbles at the end of the day and make the choice that works best for you.
