Slide-Out seam tape
While recently cleaning the slide out roof, I noticed that the white tape used to seal the outside seam of the roof was curling up from the constant dragging of the rubber wiper when the room went in. Checking the other two slides showed the same problem, although to a lesser degree.
My dealer is some 450 miles away so I called and asked what to do. He said that this is a common problem with the Montana and that they use a tape made by Eternabond to repair it. The original tape is available but at the same price. (Kinda' pricy, $2.00 per foot, but guaranteed for life)
I have purchased the Eternabond and will post results here after installation.
