Can't use sofa bed!
Have a 2003 3280RL. Bought the optional sleeper sofa bed so that friends/family would have somewhere to sleep if they are camping with us.
Today I tried to fold out the bed for the first time and discovered that I can't use it because it won't clear the center sink island.
I then switched the sofa and the recliners. With the sofa in the rear of the trailer, the bed will fold out but my wife and I do not like this arraingement.
To me this is unacceptable in a trailer with a $55000.00 list price!
I would think that keystone rv would put more planning into this and install a sleeper sofa that actually fits.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? If so, how was it resolved?
I'am going to check with my dealer (who has been great to work with to this point), and see if anything can be done.
I'm wondering if there is another sleeper sofa that i can exchange it for or if I'll have to settle for a jackknife sofa. (The reason we got the sleeper was so we would not have to settle for the jack knife sofa.)
