Please check your list of attendees and/or helpers for the activity your are coordinating and make sure they have not cancelled their registration. If necessary, please update your list. If your activity is "closed" it may open up a spot for someone else.

The cancellations can be found on the "Registration List" thread near the bottom of the posting.
