Things Are Going Wrong Right and Left

We are on our last trip of the season in our year old HC 321MK. When setting up at the site, I noticed the read out on our leveling panel is now blank. I can't get any of the messages to show up on the screen, so I grounded the jacks manually and then pushed the auto level button. Seemed to work but I'm wondering what happened to the display. Any advice would be appreciated.

Also, up to now, we haven't been out in cold enough weather but what the heat pump was sufficient to keep things warm, but a couple nights ago it got down in the 30s with high humidity and I tried to turn on the furnace. No dice. I did all the usual checks. Made sure the tanks were full and turned on. Ran the stove for a few minutes to make sure any air locks were removed. Finally I called a local mobile service tech to come and take a look. We have it narrowed down to either the thermostat or the control module mounted in the rear AC along with the heat pump. I've had the coach for a year and one month and this is the first time we have ever used the furnace. The local guy says that Dometic has a two year warranty and the dealer is telling me it is one year. Do any of you have any experience with Dometic warranty claims? I do have a service contract but I'm trying to avoid having to pay the $100.00 deductable.

Call Lippert on the display. They are good to work with and can either tell you how to fix it or get you a new one if necessary. Don't know about the Dometic warranty, but I would call them also.

I must agree with Slow Hand mine is a 2015 and must be built just before all the technology crap. I just don’t see the need for the in command system.far to many systems to go bad.

I had an issue with my furnace on my 2019 High Country. I called Dometic and was told it has a 2 year warranty. I would suggest calling Dometic.
