Interesting floor plan

This is an SOB, so I will not mention it's name. The entry door is in the slide out.

Article is the Sept 2016 TL. As tested, MSRP $211,400.

I am happy with my Monty, so no trading here.

For that amount of money it better have a doorman so I don't have to care where the door is.

Saw this setup at the tampa RV show. Cannot remember the brand, but did not have that price tag. I did like it.

I saw that also and it is an interesting concept. But I really can't see any advantage to it although it has apparently been popular in the relatively few brands that have offered it. But with that price tag and a GVWR of 24,250 lbs I won't be trading for one any time soon.

It's about $150,000.00 out of my price range. Question if the slide is in can one still get into the rig?

Hmm, good point, did not think about that when I saw it.

Looking at the floorplan, with the slide in you would walk right into the kitchen island. But appears there would be enough room to go between the island and dining table to access the fridge and 1/2 bathroom. It is a front (full) bath plan.

That door in the slide was in the Excel RVs which are now defunct. I was wondering reading the article is says that after the slide are deployed you then deploy the steps, wonder how you controls the slides, or if there's some exteral slide controls.
But then again, a little out of my price range too.

Yeah, about both of that. I really wonder whatever goes through the minds of the idiots that design and market these things. First is who do they think will actually fork out that much money for one and second why they don't care how usable they are?
