I believe that would put all the weight on that side on 1 tire and axle. No thanks...not for me !

Looks like one of those things you'll really, really wish you had maybe once in your life. Agree that all the weight would be on one tire & axle, but if you've got to move your rig a short distance, this would do it. Don't know that if I got or made one, I'd ever need to use it though.
