Norcold fridge ON, but not cold

I have a 2011 Montana Mountaineer with a Norcold fridge. It was working fine all this season, but I just hooked up at a campground today, and the fridge is ON but it's not getting cold. I'm on 50A hookups.

I switched it from OFF to AUTO about 1.5 hours ago. The power light is ON, the interior light inside the fridge comes on. But it's not getting cold at all.

It's been 1.5 hours. Shouldn't it be cold by now?

Is there some troubleshooting I can do to figure out what's wrong with it?

If the refer has been OFF for a while with the doors open, it will take around 24 hours for it to become cold.

Yes, the RV was in storage, in sweltering 90+ degrees in Virginia with the fridge doors left open.

I turned off the fridge for a few minutes (probably unnecessary) then turned it on again and put all my food from the cooler into the fridge. Eventually, the fridge and freezer got cold.

After putting in all my food from the cooler (and a couple of frozen blue-ice packs) I think the fridge also does better when there's "mass" inside the fridge versus trying to get it cold with just hot empty air inside.
