Nice unit, you'll absolutely love that front living room! Windows all around, and those opposing couches are able to fold out to make 2 beds. Mine are not anchored down, so when they are pulled out to be a bed, we can skoot them together to make the entire living room area one gigantic bed. If you had 6 smaller kids, they could easily all sleep across there or more than comfortable, 2 adults with a couple kids (if you have guests).

Thanks for showing the link. It is fabulous! Butler Pantry, half of it is mine for coffee, coffeemaker, Bialetti and my bourbon. DW gets the storage.
