Hydraulic 6 point leveling

Anyone have problems getting the 6 point leveling jacks to work. I am having trouble getting level enough to even get the just the front jacks to work. It must need calibration or something. It is brand new RV. I took it to a concrete
level concrete pad and it showed the front was, .9 degrees low and still wouldn't work. Anyone of any thoughts on this?
Thanks,
CK

I think your front jacks have to be high before the auto level will work. Not sure if this is the problem. After that, I would call Lippert Customer Service. They can walk you thru the setup.

I can't even get the front jacks to move up or down? I am taking it back to the dealer in the morning. I can't even get it off my truck. It makes a horrible noise when I try to get them to move.
Thanks for your replay.

Cheri, Let us know what your dealer has to say when you take it in. We are always interested in hearing what dealer tell folks when they need repairs. If you don't get any satisfaction from the dealer give Lippert Customer Service a call. They are excellent at diagnostics over the phone with their systems.

The way the six point level up works is....
... nose must be higher than level at START of auto level
... nose dips low then raises and finds F to B level
... drivers side mid and rear levels extend and find DS level
... passenger side mid and rear levelers extend and find PS level
... usually will do one last F to B level tweak followed by beep and green dot in center of level up panel

If the RV is not level but did complete cycle then manually level it and recalibrate auto level position.

Very easy process.
