HDMI Cable and Radio Antenna

We are in a 2017 3820FK, there is an HDMI Cable hooked to the back of our TV that disappears into a black hole behind the TV. No problems right now, just trying to learn as much as I can about where things are and how they work before there's a problem. And while I have your eye, is my TV Antenna also my radio antenna? Searched the forum for an answer to this, no joy. Thanks, Joe

The HDMI cable should go to your DVD player and NO the TV antenna is NOT also your radio antenna. At least thats how it is on my coach.

Same here. There is probably a little wire antenna behind your reciever somewhere.

On our rig, there is a coax splitter behind the DVD player/radio unit that has one leg going to the OTA TV input and the other leg going to the FM input, so I guess the batwing antenna serves both functions on ours.

1st so appreciative of this forum, a boat load of "been there done that". I would say that means "seasoned" folks, but don't wish to offend anyone. 2nd an admitted Homer Simpson moment, doh! Didn't even know our rig had a DVD player, spot on about the HDMI Cable being connected to DVD/CD player. Till now all we used it for was radio.

Climbed on top, only Antenna is the TV Bat Wing, no FM Radio stubby. So how do I access the back of our IRV Technologies CD/Radio/DVD to look at the connections? Looked through my owners manuals, visually inspected the unit and I don't see how it comes out? It appears the 2 face plate edge pieces might(?) pry off but before I start prying hoping for some advice. Thanks, Homer.
