2018 MOC Fall Rally - Event and Seminar Sign Up

Sometimes we forget how many New forum members there are, that have not been to the fall rally before. First, let me welcome you whether a veteran or newbie (our affectionate term for first timers). Event sign up will happen sometime this summer. The Wagonmaster Team is Meeting in late May with Keystone. There is a lot of coordination that takes place and most companies find it difficult to make commitments much more than three months out. Keystone will be working with us to fill out the agenda. Seminars typically do not need a sign up. Tours usually offer time slots and times are allocated on a first come basis. Most everyone gets in with the exception of The Ladies Driving School. Meals get coordinated so we know headcount, and in the case of potlucks, who is bringing what. So, you haven’t missed anything yet. Keep watching in June and July as we get the agenda set. The next part will be finding volunteers to serve as coordinators. Please be generous with your time and talent.

Don and Karen--Nope you haven't missed the signups! The Wagon Master Team is finishing up on the arrangement of the schedule and as soon as that is done, all of the signups will hit the board here, so watch the 2018 Fall Rally postings closely and if possible daily. There are a few signups already posted such as the Weigh In, the 15 Minute Tech, the Escort team to sights, the Potluck Dinner, the Raffle ticket sales help and also the Amish Dinner. You can sign up for these already just by going to the thread they are at and adding your name. The Weigh In and the 15 Minute Tech threads have specifics to them so read them over and get the information required before signing up for them but the rest that have been posted you can go to those threads and sign up now.
