Another additive, WSB fuel enhancer

Has anybody used this product, it is fairly new out, meet a guy up in Oregan who couldn't say enough good about it.
Sounded to good to be true. Looking for somebody else that has tried it.

I've never heard of them, but from their initial write up it seems they are more concerned with cleaning the environment than anything else.
