I had a Q20. Great hitch. Had no problems with it.

Walt Ashley ... I had 3 Reese 15K Pro hitches that the swivel pin for side to side movement. It was just a steel pin in a steel hole ... no real way to gease it other than spraying at it with lube in a can. Reese replaced the head twice ... I went with a Curt by personal choice. The Reese Pro series doesn't have a clamshell latch, just a steel bar behing the kingpin.
