Installed one on my 08 Ram, well worth it, many of the ranch and farm trucks in the area are going to them. Unfortunately Dodge has a lot of weak front end components, and this really helps, easy install and the price is right. Also, bearing and carrier are common, so you can get replacement parts just about anywhere.

They actually do tighten the steering somewhat and eliminate some of the infamous "wander" that the RAM is noted for. I'm happy with what it did for my 2007.5

I have NO wander whatsoever on my 03 Dodge 2500, it continually pulls to the right no matter what

Dodge has problems with frame flex at the steering box, and poor component in the front end. If you have a part starting to wear or use the truck offroad much things start to loosen up. This things helps prevent some of that wear and just keeps things tight. I used my Dodge a lot on the farm, offroad and towing(90000 miles in 3.5yrs) I love the Ram, but changed this tear to the Duramax for my tow rig. We will see if I keep it, or go back to Ram in 2014, never have liked 1st year models and Dodge is making major changes for 2013 (frame, tranny,DEF system, air intake) all of which sounds like a winner to me. Just going to hide and watch the first year roll and make a more informed choice next year. I think Dodge will hit a homerun, and I hope next year to catch that ball :-)

Funny how if this hardware fixes the problem, why can't dodge just implement this repair and give their trucks a better reputation in this regard. It's so amazing how many design weaknesses are allowed to fester by all them manufacturers. I guess they'd feel bad taking down this business.

Maybe they have fixed the problem. My 09 at 56K, doesn't seem to have any steering issues, knock on wood. I notice from the website provided by the OP they only go up through 2008. Jim
