I don't have an answer for you but if you don't have any luck you might call Keystone/Montana and ask for Customer Service. They might be able to tell you where you can find them. (574) 535-2100 and ask for customer service.

Good luck. If you find out where to buy this would you post it so the rest of us will know? I never really thought about this one before. Thanks and good luck.
