Leaking slide

Just returned from an extended trip to Canada (Great Lakes Region) and discovered while there that the large slide on my 2010 Mountaineer is leaking water on rear side window. Upon inspecting the window itself it appears that the water is coming from up on top. The rains there are torrential like 3 inches in 1 hour. We managed to keep a cup on the sill of the window to catch the drip. When it dried out I got out a ladder and checked out the roof of the slide. It looks intact but has a couple of lifted areas right by the outer edge, seems like it is right along a seam. What kind of sealant should I use to glue these lifted seams back down and what can I use to safely clean the area before sealing? My unit does not have the slide awnings on it but now I am considering putting them on. Has anyone ever done this aftermarket?
Thanks

We had a badly leaking slide on our 3400RL, the top seams did not get properly sealed at the factory. We were under warranty, so the dealer resealed it and it was dry from then on.

Well warrenty is gone on this unit so I guess it's time to crawl up there and find out what is causing the leak

I had the seam leak, here is how I fixed it. I cleaned the roof real well, (Slide roof) I used rags and a spray bottle, use the self-level Dicor, it works real well. Also a putty knife: Plastic works good with the sealant spread. This fixed my leaks.

I put the super-slide in 1/2 way to get to it.

Thanks for the pics I will run the slide in and check that seam too. Mine seems to be leaking on the outside wall of the slide though. It drips down through the window only when the slide is out. I will pick up some sealant today and tackle this project on the weekend hopefully.
Thanks again

My leaks were dripping down on the outside wall and dripping from the light fixtures as well. The repair stopped all leaks.
I think the 2 tubes of Dicor was a lot cheaper than the tape, but it might work well also.

Thanks for the video on putting on the Duraguard tape, gives me a couple of options. I will let you know what I decide to do after an inspection this weekend.
