Broken slide seal
Today I checked condition of the rubber seals over the slides and
I found one seal teared off. I have Interstate extended warranty, but
they don't cover broken seals. Does anybody know where to buy replacement seals? Can I contact Keystone directly or I have go the dealer?

Any RV service place will have the seal material. Our dealer gave us a great tip about caring for seals to make them last longer. He tells us to take a rag with baby powder on it (don't skimp) and apply it to the seals. This keeps them more supple.

You can also use a rag saturated with a UV protector like Aerospace 303. Coat both sides thoroughly.

No specified time; I do ours at least once a year but like to do it twice a year.

No, just look for slide out seals. Every reputable RV service people know what that is.

There are many types of slide out seals, so make sure you get the right ones. I went to a Keystone dealer (tho not a Montana dealer) and he had me send him a picture of the seals to order (I was out of town) to make sure he got the right ones.
I think they are around $3 a foot. On my 2980, there was a screw at the bottom and one at the top (a side seal on the slide) to hold it in place. The whole thing slides out when the screws are removed. Oh, and the top screw was actually installed form the INSIDE!! Kind of tricky to get at. I spent about 2 hours working on the one seal, but if I knew the screw was on the inside it would have taken about 30 minutes or less - probably 20 minutes now that I know what I am doing.
I haven't replaced the top seal myself yet - but I have the seals when it goes bad now!!!
Good luck.
p.s. Oh, I forgot about maintenance - I think there is a dry lubricant you can spray on that is recommended (by my dealer).

I have my druthers on using a powder. What happens when the powder gets wet? Does it cake? Will caking have an affect?
I'm for the 303 protectant, or even a 100% silicone spray. Just recently I did not want to get the expandable ladder out, so I took the awning rod, cut a strip of microfiber cloth, tied it to the loop in the awning rod, saturated it and ran it up inside the wiper seal. Then I ran it up the outside. If I were to do it on a ladder I would get one of my socks, put it on my hand and saturate it and use my fingers to run up inside the wiper seal.
Remember that there are three sets of seals on each slide. The one that you see when standing outside is the "wiper seal." It's purpose is to squeegee water off of the surface. The actual seals are on the outer flat surfaces on the face of the slide and on the inner flat surfaces. When your slide is out you can look ath the place you bump your head all the time and see a seal. If the slide is in you can run your fingers around the frame that goes against the wall when it is out, and you will feel that seal.
They should all be lubricated periodically with a non-petroleum based substance. Petroleum can ruin rubber after a prolonged period of time. (don't know how long)
