Summer Tour

We have arrived in Finger Lakes region of NY and will stay until the end of July. Next month Lake Placid region, then a couple weeks in Catskills Park we hope. Say hey if you're 'round our way.

I think that area would be nice. I would like to visit there sometime!
Do you have any pictures you can post?

Glenn and Lorrain,
Love a mini-ralley. We are at exit 42 of the NY Thruway (I-90) at Junius Ponds Campground. See Trailer Life or PM me for directions.. We won't be leaving for Adirondacks until July 25 I think. And of course our tow vehicle also runs so we can come visit you.

Bill and Donna,
We are just getting to see the area. Lake onterio nearby, the Finger Lakes themselves, orchards, crop land and some cattle. The Wegman's grocery is great (we always enjoy finding a good grocery when we travel). follow the link under my signature to our blog, to the New York 2008 trip, and you'll see our pictures so far.

No, I haven't tried the grape pie yet!

My dad, rest his soul, was born in Tupper Lake, NY. I spent many a summer vacation up in that area. Wonderful place. One of these days we just may make a summer of it like y'all are doing. Have fun.
