Front A/C won't come on
It worked at one time, this is a factory installed dual AC system, with a Duo-Therm Comfort Control thermostat. Here is what is happening, first I am plugged into 50 amp power, I set for AC cooling mode, set the temp down, and the rear ac comes on and runs fine, I go to Zone, and press, the underline will not move to unit two, nor to underline both. It looks to me that the T-Stat is bad, but thought I would see what some of you who know more about this than I do. I was pushing buttons about a week ago, and after 20 minutes I got the both to run, then it wouldn't go back to only one, so I reset unit 2 at a high temp, and that turned that one off, any ideas ?, thanks Ron

Could be the complex thermostat/control board interface. Too bad they had to make that electronic part so prone to problems.
The only thing i recommend is to reboot, both 12 volt and 120 volt circuits.
Give me the old thermostat wire and relay with a mechanical thermostat any day.

Ozz, is the board within the T-stat?, if the reboot doesn't do it, it sounds like a new stat, or board if it isn't part of the T-stat.

I would go through the Reset/Reboot of the T-Stat first. It sounds like the T-Stat has lost it's mind (memory) and no longer identifies the second zone. We had our second AC installed after the fact and the installing Service Center Tech, had to run through the Reset/Reboot for our system to acknowledge that the second AC was there. After that all worked fine.
