Dieselguy, either your scarey or my wife is. She indicated the same problem. We've had the level up for 2 years and just started experiencing this problem. Maybe some of the other level up veterans could shed some light on the problem. I know the tank is shared by both the slides and the level up as it's much larger than the original. I will call the level up gurus and ask.

We will try to access the bed tomorrow w/o opening the slide. We eliminated the king and replaced it with a queen cutting down the platform to accomodate the new matress so we will have some room. I think I'll put Louise on the closet side. LOL

From what I recall from Bob, the engineer of LevelUp, the front legs are at 2,200 psi and the rear four legs are at 1,700 psi. When they installed our LevelUp, the replaced our reservoir with a larger one. I can tell that the pressure has increased because our slides move about twice as fast as they used to.

I believe that Keystone started with the one larger reservoir, but then changed to two smaller reservoirs; possibly because their slide hydraulic lines are not up to the task?

Our "cost effective" fittings and hoses burst on our 06 3400. Strangly it was the two longest runs that burst???

Just finished replacing the two hoses under the bed with 3000# psi rated hose. OEM hoses were 2000#. The shop that originally fixed the last hose that burst and before that replaced three fittings did not think the level up had anything to do with additional pressure on the OEM hoses.

I was going to remove the mattress as it was difficult to work under the bed with the mattress "hanging" over my head. I closed the bedroom, kitchen, and entertainment slide valves so I could open the curbside slide and put the mattress in that space. When I operated the slide switch the bedroom slide opened. There were two hoses attached to the ram so the one that burst must have operated the closing.

Anyway, there were tons of room to work. There were only two screws holding the plywood above the ram. The struts were attached to the inside of the bed frame so all I had to do was slide the piece out the front of the bed to expose the ram and hoses. I got the replacement hoses and upon installation found one of the fittings had a burr in the threads, so back to the shop. Came home and installed the new hoses but we (Louise) found a slight leak under the bed. Personally I think it was some of the fluid that leaked out when I removed the old hose but what do I know.

It's time for lunch, my back hurts and I still have to remove the fiber board under Monte to clean up the fluid that sprayed out. Thanks again for everyones help, you guys (and girls) rock!!!

I noticed some driping in the front compartment of Fluid along one of the Bedroom Slide hoses above the pump.
So I took the plywood sheet off from under the bed and could NOT find any leaking!
Since then, the Bedroom hose doesn't have drips.
Sure mystifies me!

The outer rubber tubing has a blister effet on it and there was light oil. That is the hose I replaced.

I finished removing most of the fiberboard and foil from the front section. Most of the excess fluid had already "run it's course". Wiped down everything and letting it air out. Louise ran the slides in and out a couple of times. Nothing leaking in the front compartment. When I asked her about the leak she thought was under the bed she said" I forgot to look" as she tended her garden. There's always tomorrow.

IT'S BACK!!!!!!! Found a leak between the left rear tandems and directly behind the rear axle in the middle. They may be a result of the accident so I have a call to Progressive. Monte goes in Tuesday, so.... The only thing we have operated since getting home were the slides so I'm not sure where to look next. There is staining starting at the left rear level up jack and moving forward to the middle left jack. Our driveway inclines forward so that could account for the "trail" I don't have a clue as to where the middle rear is coming from.
