Majestic wash machine shaking

Our Majestic wash machine shakes the whole trailer like a rocking boat when it is expressing water. Is this natural or did the installer fail to take out the packing bolts?

Packing bolts left in can do that. Altho I've never seen that model, I've worked on all brands of major appliances for about 20 yrs. I'd, also, check to see that the machine is solid ie: won't rock when you try to tip it. I can't imagine that in an RV, tho

Not being level will also do it. Or if you just have one item in there, then the machine is off balance. Ours shakes a wee bit but not like a rocking boat.

Our machine has developed an out of balance shake on the spin cycle. We are waiting for parts now. Will give report when repaired.
