Doug,
On a scale of 1-10, DW rates it a 7. (maybe a 6)
There is no grass in the park. I don't think there is any in Arizona except at golf courses. There is a laundry facility, fitness room, pool, clean rest rooms. All I have used is the rest room, but checked the others out when I walked by. All look to be in good shape and cleanliness. It appears that the pull throughs are for more "permanent" (longer time frame) than overnights, so the rest are back-in. They can take up to 45' on back-in, which is ample for my 40 footer. When parked, the TOAD can park next to and a little in front of your front steps. Sites are wide enough for MH and TOAD side by side. Sites are all gravel (pea rock). Cactus, Cactus, Cactus everywhere in AZ. Pooches beware. Also known to have rattlesnakes and scorpions - occasionally in the park, but that is indigenous to AZ.

The price is right at Passport America rates and is good for 1 week a year. We like to keep costs down on parking and spend more on eating out, so PA is a nice thing for us. Otherwise, there are several other CG's in the area that are as, good, or better. Beaudry RV Resort is real nice. We rode through it today as it is right next to Camping World. Cement patios with gravel (pea rock) pads. The have 2000+ sites, so you should be able to find one. Also very close by are several RV dealers so you can go compare what you bought to what they have to offer.

Edited: forgot to mention there is a very, very large doggie run with 8 foot fence. It appears to be an excavation or via-duct input, but dry as a bone and dusty. Miya can get into a full run up and down the cement walls of the one side. No grass at all but she is still able to do her business. They have dog walks with gated access to the periphery of the CG but the cactus was a deterrent for us. We only went in a little ways and came back out.

Also, the airport is not far and once in a while a traffic pattern will take them over the CG, but that is going to be anywhere in this area. Once we were awakened at 0300 and after the plane had gone by, the coyotes were singing. I just tune it out, but DW is light sleeper.

That reminds me: How far can one walk into the desert before they come out?
