exterior heigth ???

Does anyone know the exterior heigth of a 2004 Mountaineer 318BHS with the AC unit? I think is is 12'6" but need to know for sure as I am in market to but a carport style cover.

According to the Mountaineer Specifications for 2004 the height is 12'9"

I went with the 15 foot (top center)carport with 12 foot high sides. That way it gives me a little wiggle room when backing in. I also am able to get on top of RV when in the carport, which I had to do once, to remove bird nest. I enclosed the back, its 20x41 and works great, can open the slides and use as a guest house, when kids come home. Have 30 amp which so far is all electricity that is needed.
