Inverter issue

I have a 2022 351 BH Montana High Country. We are currently boondocking and having an issue with the inverter turning off. We have a Magnum CSW2012 and we are running two brand new 100 amp hour AGM batteries. We are able to run the generator for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. We are getting error code E01 which indicates the battery voltage is less than 10.5 volts however our display shows 11.6 volts and our Victron Connect app for our solar system shows the same, the state of the battery charge also shows 48 % prior to running the generator and charging the batteries.

Look at your converter in the circuit breaker panel.
See if you have a green blinking light. If you do, you have a "Charge Wizard".
Press the blue button next to the green blinking light until the light is solid green (on continuously).
This puts the charge wizard in BOOST Mode. It puts out 14.4vdc. I suspect you are not getting a full charge on your batteries when you run the generator.
Also try reducing your load (use less electricity).
Only run the microwave, coffee maker and other high demand appliances when you run the generator. Put the fridge in Propane mode. Use the water heater in Propane mode.
Check your solar MPPT settings. Maybe raise your absorption voltage to 14.6 and float to 13.6 so you get a full charge.
Turn off all your circuit breakers except to the things you need to run. Many appliances draw a little current even when not in use.
We're in Banff Alberta Canada. Generator hours are 1.5 hours in the morning and 1.5 hours in the evening. We are getting by just fine. It is cold here at night. Went through 3 bottles of propane in 10 days. Propane refill stations are few and far between.

Thank you for the reply. I will check these items when we get back to camp.
We are only running the refrigerator off the inverter, unfortunately we have a residential refrigerator so propane is not an option

Gbailey, your voltage at 11.6 v is too low. You may not know the answer to this, but is your charger in the converter or inverter. We have the super solar and our batteries are charged via the Magnum inverter. If yours is charged via the Magnum, what is your charge light doing while charging? Also, do you have a bonding plug on your generator? If you have an EMS like the Progressive or Hughes, your EMS will block charging without the bonding plug.

I am not sure if the charger is in the converter or inverter.
We use a Honda generator.
I might add that the batteries were charging fine until the 11th day of our trip.

All of the settings on our camper were set to what you suggested.
