Bugs on the Front Cap

Good Evening All,

Just got back from a several week time of fun and brought back a GREAT number of dead bugs on the front cap. The question is, has anyone had bad luck when using bug remover in, around and on the Monty decals? I would hate to use something that deteriorated the decals only to find out that everyone else already knew I shouldn't be using it.
