New Tires
I had a tire blow out last Sunday I only had a little damage because I was doing 25 mph and felt it right away. I had 4 new Maxxis ST tires put on. I had 7 yr old Mission tires on and knew I was pushing my luck
Hope the reviews are accurate that they are good tires

As long as they're rated for your weight you should be good to go.

When it comes to ST rated tires, in my opinion Maxxis is the best. It is the only brand of ST I feel comfortable recommending or selling. You did good.

OK, I know tire issue has been bead to death, but just looking for thoughts.
I'm replacing tires and am going for Michelin XPS Rib LT23585R16E. Any thoughts?

The first thought I have is that your trailer may be too heavy for the XPS Rib, or any other 10 ply light truck tire. Do you know what it weighs?

Believe the Rib is all steel belt ply, a good tire. My old 3665 weighed out at 14K loaded and I ran Firestone TransForce LT tires for 5 years without a problem and put 38K on the trailer in that time. The Rib because of the all steel belting is probably a bit stronger tire then what I ran.

Lonnie,
According to the sticker on the door max weight is 15500, 2640 cargo plus 12860 curb weight. I haven't weighed yet at a scale, but I doubt I've ever had that much weight.
