Stabilizing your kitchen cabinets, and others

We have heard horror stories of folks kitchen cabinet coming away from the wall, and if you look closely, there are few screws attaching it to the frame....my husband simply put screws about every 6 inches into the molding holding the cabinets up, and it worked greattttt.
