Lube for drawer slides.

What is needed to lube the slides on the drawers. Some of our drawers are extremely hard to open and close. Also is there a right and left side to the part that is attached to the drawer? Some appear to be installed differently than others. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I haven't had to lube mine yet, but in the TT I used candle wax.

I have never had to lube either. You could pull the drawers out, and use some silicon spray. I would also try adjusting the slides slightly to see if you get better movement.
