AC quit working...need advice

The AC was working this morning. When I moved the temp lever down so it would turn on again, I heard a very faint click, but nothing happened. I turned the breakers off and on and still the same click. I decided to replace the fuse. I removed the old one and, with the breakers off, started to put in the new one. At this point I got a noticeable spark when the fuse barely touched fuse socket.

I don't think this should be, but then I don't know too much about this RV electrical system. Especially with the converter.

Any comments or advice?
