AC

We have a 2003 Big Sky 3280RL which we purchased new, the AC drips inside rather than outside on the roof. Dealer tells me that keystone is aware and working on the problem. AC has been around forever, Whats the deal, or is someone blowing smoke?? I have a whole list of things which we are trying to have fixed, should I continue to work with dealer, or go directly to keystone? They are the same people who told me I needed to brace my slides. Thanks Ron
