Cable TV connections

I have a 2016 3710 and struggle with the cable connections. I connect in the control bay to use both TVs and the quality is horrible. I can tinker around and it still sucks. I can't get digital channels and the analog is just static with the video behind. If I connect directly to the TV it works perfect. Sometimes if I connect the trailer back up it works fine but is hit and miss. The antenna if it gets a signal always works great. I have turned the antenna booster off when connecting the cable.

I have had some wiring issues already like the hot water heater not being grounded so I wonder if it's a poor connection.

Any thoughts before I take it back again?

I would check the connectors, two of ours were sloppy installs.

Try turning off the TV Antenna booster amplifier that seems to play havoc on park cable in the coach.

The cable guy was here the other day at our permanent site we were having problems with TV and internet. He replaced the exterior coax connection on the rig. That was the problem!
Also bypassed the antenna boster for which was interfering with the internet.Every thing is working great now

Took all our cable plates off, removed cable ends and reattached them. Signal was much better. Now I'm tackling the satellite cable.

When I am hooked up to park cable.. with the help of my son who works for a cable company he put connectors on the TV wires to bypass the antenna and the booster really helped with picture quality and he put new connectors on all the cables..a lot of them were bad...

Had the same issue with our's. Finally had time to pull individual cables out from behind the convenience center and out of the wall in the bedroom to isolate the issue. I found the feed cable that goes from the bedroom to the living room had been pierced by a screw that holds frame around the electrical panel. Spliced in a new section, all good now.
Good luck!
