North of Lucasville, Ohio

I saw a Mountaineer this evening just a little bit north of Lucasville, Ohio. I was on my way home from work, seen it and I flashed my lights at them 3 times. Just wondering if there was a chance it’s one of us?

On edit, they were in the north bound lane.

Saw another Montana again today about the same place going north on U.S. 23 above Lucasville. This was about 13:15 (1:15 afternoon) and I flashed my lights at them but I didn’t get any response. Since I have the CB radio now I even tried to holler at them but didn’t get any response there either.
