Looking for different places to go?

Found this web site. Looks like a lot of very different, not your normal site seeing attractions.

Thanks for the link. Pretty thorough if it has our little town in it. Our claim to fame the Southwest Dairy Museum in Sulphur Springs Texas.

We use that same site. Some of the things they list we'd have no interest in but sometimes they come up with some good ones. In Connecticut, I think it was, I saw something about three painted rocks along some two-lane highway. I then forgot about them until we ran across them accidentally. Then we made sure we saw all three. I can't find the picture of the third one but here's the first two. Thanks for the reminder about this site. I forgot about it and haven't checked it for the area we are currently in.

Another good site, if you're looking for scenic drives, is www.roadtripusa.com .

Those are two great web sites. I added both of them to my favorites. I'll be using them for reference.

There are several similar sites out there. I'll usually google "scenic drives Camp Verde" or wherever we are. Likewise for offroad trails, hiking, etc. I just did that a couple of days ago (we got here Thursday) and came up with so many things we want to do that I then went to the office and added a second month to our reservation.
