hard to believe!

It was hard for me to believe there are 9 montana's in the campground I'm staying (including mine) and I am the only one that is a MOC member. 2 said they had heard of it, rest never heard of MOC. Anyways I told them about MOC, and some said they would look. I know last yr at this campground, I introduced two different monty owners (one bought a new 3500 while here)

Tom, great job, keep telling all that you meet about the MOC. It truly is a great forum.

Not unusual. I have been looking for fellow members ever since I joined. Have met many nice people but no MOCers. I'll keep looking. Bob

Looks like people are joining at the rate of 2-3 or more per day. Word must be getting out about what a great forum it is.

Same here. I've also met a few that said they did not want to join.

Tom, I am in Meridian RV Resort in Apache Junction, AZ. We had 9 Montanas also and only 3 were members. We had a great get together with these three plus three other couples at a local restaurant and discussed the MOC and what it had to offer. I see that 1 of them joined and the others are still considering. It's nice when you get to meet actual MOCers. I just keep trying as the old saying goes, there is strength in numbers.......I'm not sure of folks reluctance to join a FREE forum that can only help you......BUT, to each his own.

On New Years eve we took delivery of our '05 Mountaineer. We had reservations at a campground about 40 miles away and arrived after dark. It was cold and the wind was howling, all I wanted to do was plug in and hook up the cable TV and get acquainted with our new rig.

Couldn't figure which one of the 2 outside receptacles I should use and it was freezing my b___ off I jumped on rv net and immediately had some help.
It was there someone mentioned I might try the MOC, huh, didn't even know one existed.

What a great find. Can't imagine someone not wanting all the help that is here and the chance to share experiences and someday physically meet new friends.

We are in Desert Gardens RV Resort south of Florence, AZ. There's a couple other Montanas here although quite a ways from our site. So far we've not seen any sign of life there but, then, we can see them only when we're driving into or out of the park. We're leaving in the morning so it's doubtful we'll get around to meeting either of them. Our time here has been very full so we've not been home much.
