Bob & Lee Montana Master Join Date: Dec 2003 Location: Colorado Springs Posts: 578 M.O.C. #718	Holding Tanks Open/Shut? We are full timing in Colorado Springs Co and in a park. Some tell us to leave all our tank drain valves open,some say leave them shut and dump them like we are not hooked to sewer, wont leaving the black open let solid waste stay in tank ?
